About Us

Our work is focused on London and the South East of England, areas where youth unemployment and economic inequality present challenges. In many boroughs and towns across this region, there are communities where young people,  particularly young men, struggle to find stable work or training opportunities, despite a strong demand for skilled labour in the building and construction trades. By operating locally, we can build close partnerships with construction firms, trade colleges, local authorities, and community organisations, ensuring our programmes are both accessible and relevant to the local job market. Our aim is to create clear pathways from training into employment, so that participants can remain in their home communities while contributing to the local economy.
